  • The Office Manager will oversee the general administrative function and activities of the office.

    •Maintain office equipment including: cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.

    •Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors, service providers, and office lease(s).

    •Provide clerical support when needed. Assist office staff with assigned administrative duties such as: answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.

    •Maintain IT infrastructure and work to document and implement company information security policy.

    •Monitor stock and order office supplies.

    •Ensure proper mail distribution.

    •Maintain office files; create, implement, and maintain an efficient system for staff to access files and records.

    •Prepare and file OSHA 300 annual reports.

    •Coordinate on Insurance Renewals and COI requests.

    •Maintain office conditions and arrange necessary repairs.

    •Schedule meeting and appointments within the office.

    •Maintain satellite offices including; paying rent, monitoring usage, and scheduling services.

    •Prepare agendas, take minutes, and operate department level meetings.

  • The Finance Manager will prepare financial reports to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    •Supervise direct reports, ie: Office Assistant as needed.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    •Perform general cost accounting and other related duties.

    •Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and actual performance compared to business plans.

    •Maintain and maintain corporate checking, investment, and cash accounts.

    •Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff.

    •Create and code invoices for accounts payable.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

    •To be responsible for all theatre and stage lighting equipment, including installation, non-complex lighting design (where applicable) and operation, in various Performance and Corporate Venues.

    •Acting as Lighting Programmer and Operator General Electrician responsible for planning, installing and maintaining all house lighting rigs.

    •Planning, installing, and operating as necessary all AV set ups.

    •Having a client facing role while acting as a mentor and assisting in the realization of Internal and External events as required.

    •Set-up and operation of Audio-Visual Equipment.

    •Performing routine maintenance related to event and production spaces.

    •Work with fellow members of the Tinc Productions team in general rigging and housekeeping duties.

    •Other duties as assigned.
