  • Duncan Northern

    PRESIDENT & CEO
    (he/him)

    Duncan Northern started at Tinc in 2012 as an employee, taking over the company as President in 2018. Born and raised in Colorado, his background as a technician and stage manager culminated in his eventual progression into Production Management. He is dedicated to bringing top shelf production supervision and technical direction to a wide variety of projects including Fashion Shows, Theatrical Productions, Special and Corporate Events.

  • Nataliya Vasilyeva

    PAYROLL MANAGER
    (she/her)

    Nataliya Vasilyeva has worn many hats in her 16+ years in the Live Arts world, including Stage Manager, Company Manager, Electrician, and Stage Hand. Since graduating Stony Brook University in 2005, Nataliya has been fortunate to have the opportunity to support productions at BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn Festival, The Office Performing Arts & Film, Park Avenue Armory, Brooklyn Youth Chorus, St. Ann's Warehouse, and many others. Born in Belarus and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Nataliya currently lives and hikes in Seattle, WA.

  • Libby Johnston

    OFFICE & MARKETING ASSISTANT

    Born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand, Libby Johnston came to New York City for college and graduated from the Manhattan School of Music in 2022 with a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre. She is a working actress and a proud member of Actors’ Equity. Having dreamed of Broadway since she was little, Libby feels it's a dream come true to work in the heart of the Theater District and play her part with Tinc.

  • Joe Trainor

    VICE PRESIDENT OF THEATRICAL SERVICES
    (he/him)

    A graduate of The University of the Arts and a member of IATSE United Scenic Artists Local 829, Joe Trainor’s scenic work has been seen onstage in over 40 Broadway productions, several Las Vegas Residencies, and countless National Tours. Highlights include Spamalot, Hairspray, American Idiot, Hair and Hadestown. He has served as Artistic Supervisor alongside Disney Theatricals, overseeing international productions of Disney on Ice and Disney Live.

  • Lauren Graneto

    ASSOCIATE PRODUCTION MANAGER
    (she/they)

    Graduating from Fordham University with a focus in English and Medieval Studies, Lauren Graneto has held many exciting roles in the theatrical world, including immersive stage management and production coordination. In her work, Lauren enjoys bringing people together and creating memories through unique experiences.

  • Madilyn Keller

    ASSOCIATE PRODUCTION MANAGER
    (she/her)

    Madilyn Keller is originally from Sullivan, IL. A 2021 graduate from the University of Illinois, she earned her BA in Communication and Minors in Theatre and Spanish. For 12 years she has gained theatrical knowledge from stage management, acting, wardrobe, tech/run crew, and working with children on-and-off stage.

  • Preston McCarthy

    ASSOCIATE PRODUCTION MANAGER
    (he/him)

    Originally from Bryan, Ohio: home of the Dum-Dum Sucker and Etch-a-Sketch, Preston McCarthy is a 2013 graduate of Wright State University’s Theatre Design/Technology program. Preston has worked in Stage and Company Management for several regional and touring theatre companies, and over the last five years has had the opportunity to travel the world creating entertainment as a Production Manager onboard more than a dozen cruise ships.

  • Julia Sprung

    PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
    (she/her)

    Growing up on Long Island, Julia Sprung has always been amazed by the New York theatre scene. She graduated from Emerson College in 2023 with a focus in production management for theater and film. Since then, Julia has gained theatrical knowledge in stage management, production management, and various run crew positions. She is absolutely thrilled to be creating art with Tinc here in the Theater District!

Labor

  • Tobias Peltier

    VICE PRESIDENT OF LABOR
    (he/him)

    Tobias Peltier has worked across the country in various roles in the theatre industry for nearly 20 years. Hailing from the West Coast, Tobias spent his formative years with the award-winning Rubicon Theatre Company in Ventura, California. In 2015, he was awarded Best Sound Design for Footloose at the Huron Playhouse. Additionally, Tobias was an Adjunct Professor at Portland Community College, and a Technical Director at Ohio State University-Mansfield.

  • Madison Stepnowski

    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
    (she/her)

    A North Georgia native, Madison Stepnowski graduated from Columbus State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre as well as a Musical Theatre Certificate, which she supported the creation of. With knowledge spanning further than performing onstage, she's experienced both in the technical, front of house, and stage managerial aspects within the theatre as well as event planning as a whole.

  • Ian Rouillard

    PROJECT MANAGER (NORTHEAST)
    (he/him)

    A Graduate of Five Towns College, Ian Rouillard holds a BA in Business Administration with a Concentration in Audio Recording and Music Production. Ian has been lucky enough to lend a hand with everything from Audio to Lighting and Carpentry. Most recently, he was Production Assistant for the off-Broadway production of Harmony, and A1 for the world premiere of The Garden of the Finzi-Continis.

  • Gabrielle Kellerman

    PROJECT MANAGER (SOUTHWEST)
    (she/her)

    Gabrielle (Gabby) Kellerman is a Texas native, and has lived in every major city in the state. She has been working in the Entertainment Industry since 2009 and received a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Network Systems in 2013. In the past five years, Gabby was an administrative assistant and elected leader of her home IATSE union. In her free time, Gabby enjoys seeing shows and spending time with friends and family.

  • Andre Roxbury

    ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER

    Andre Roxbury, born and bred in New York City, has had a deep passion for music and audio production since he was a kid. Andre earned a degree in Business Management and Audio Engineering from Five Towns College. Before joining Tinc, he polished his skills in audio, stage work, and management while freelancing with different production companies. Andre brings a blend of business smarts and audio expertise to make every project shine.

Design & Project Management

  • Michael Blagys

    VICE PRESIDENT OF DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
    (he/him)

    Michael Blagys brings 12+ years of entertainment production experience to Tinc Productions. Originally from Connecticut, Michael started in theatre as a freelance lighting designer and most recently has been a production manager for entertainment experiences across the country. He earned his MFA in Lighting Design from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and BA in Theater Arts from Le Moyne College.

  • David Hoover

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
    (he/him)

    With a BFA in Drama from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, David Hoover brings over a decade of experience in theater and film to Tinc Productions. Whether it be performing in front of the camera, directing a play, teaching acting classes, or overseeing behind-the-scenes details in production management, he loves it all. David also plays guitar in multiple music projects.

  • Isabel McNeil

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
    (she/her)

    Isabel McNeil was born and raised in Texas. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre. Her interest has always been in the backstage world of theatre, focusing mostly on scenic design and costumes. Isabel’s theatre journey took her to Utah and Arizona before arriving back in her home state of Texas where she first found work with Tinc.

  • Tollie Boone

    ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER
    (she/her)

    Originally from Nashville, TN, Tollie Boone moved to New York to follow her passion for lighting design. She received her BA in Technical Design and Production from Samford University. Since then she has worked on several off-Broadway shows including; Lone Star and Cat On A Hot Tin Roof, serving in multiple design and assistant roles. Tollie hopes to continue working in the world of theater no matter the role or where it takes her.
